Post Therapy Conditioning Program

Did you know Midwest Rehab offers a post-therapy exercise and conditioning program?

All patients who have completed therapy or work hardening at Midwest Rehab are eligible to join Midwest Rehab's post-therapy and conditioning program.  The facility is located in the north wing of the Orthopedic Center of Illinois.

The facility is open during regular clinic hours.

Monthly membership is $25/month if paid with debit/credit card with automatic deduction; $30/month of paying month-to-month.
